Mommy Must Haves #4

Stuff That Makes You Feel Beautiful! I am totally into green living. I cloth diaper, I use all natural cleaning products, we only own one car and try to bike or walk when we can, I try to buy local food and I try to use natural beauty products. I stress ‘try’ on the later because, though I enjoy leading a green oriented life, I am not what one would call a Crunchy Mama. I like to shop, I generally do my hair everyday and I always have at least tinted moisturizer, blush/bronzer and Mascara on when I leave the read more…

WTF is Up With Victims Being Painted the Villain?

I am sure you have all heard about the Chris Brown and Rhianna incident that occurred earlier this year. Well, yesterday Chris Brown was sentenced. A few years ago when I was pregnant with my first child, I started watching The Food Network all the time; I was determined to become a better cook. It was an obsession of mine, I really wanted my read more…

Introducing WTF Wednesday

If I were being kind, I would describe myself as being a wee bit spirited. The truth is, it would be complete sophistry to pretend that I was anything but bullheaded and at times an opinionated bitch (cringe, but true). At times, I can get so worked up about things, that I have a true physiological reaction; I can feel my speech and heart rate quicken, my volume and intonation increase and generally, If I am standing, I begin to pace. If you catch me that way, you can be sure, I am passionate about what I am discussing. There read more…
